Drop a live countdown into any website or blog with one iframe snippet. It follows your visitors' light/dark preference, ticks in real time, and never needs an update.
The snippet leaves the theme out on purpose — the widget follows each visitor's own light/dark preference.

Every countdown page has an “Embed this countdown” button that generates the snippet for that event — browse events and pick yours. Publishing tools that speak oEmbed can also unfurl countdown links automatically.
The widget carries a small “Powered by countdownboxes” link back to the event page. That link is how the widget stays free — it is part of the embed and cannot be removed.
